Today we have completed our A/B testing and released a new button and style for our PayPal checkouts. Our checkouts are now using the most up to date PayPal branding, which includes a white background.
For those statistically minded, the results of our A/B testing showed there was no change in conversion numbers for PayPal checkouts, so unfortunately, we’re all going to have to come to work next week, but we are now following PayPal’s new guidelines, so job done.
It’s not possible to alter the styling or colour of the new PayPal button to ensure we remain compliant with PayPal’s guidelines, but you can change the colour of your other checkout buttons from within Checkout Settings to help our checkout work better with your own custom brand colours.
