Improvement
We’ve made some improvements to our Enhanced Notification emails, which are sent to customers before their trial period expires to let them know they’re about to start paying.
To help you drive customer retention and keep churn to a minimum, Enhanced Notification emails will no longer be sent if the trial period is 7 days or less, which is fully compliant with VISA regulations.
